Each pair is made to order by hand, requiring careful preparation and painting time, and a mandatory 3-5 day drying and curing process to ensure maximum durability.

Delivery times vary by destination. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 calendar days.

Please Note:
Due to the custom, made-to-order products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for custom hand-painted sneakers.

Cancellation & Size Change:
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins and orders can no longer be cancelled or the size cannot be changed. For details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Merchant Error Protection:
You are eligible for a Full Refund or Free Exchange in these specific situations: Wrong Item Sent (we sent you a size, color, or design different from what you ordered); Damaged in Transit (the sneakers arrived with severe quality issues e.g., sole separation, major paint peeling); or Lost in Transit (the carrier has officially confirmed that your package is lost in transit).

Cleaning:

- Gently wipe the surface around the custom design
- Do not scrub or pick at the painted areas
- Let sneakers air dry naturally at room temperature
Things to Avoid:
- Do not expose to prolonged intense direct sunlight and high temperatures
- Do not use abrasive cleaning tools that may damage the finish
- Do not machine wash or dry in a tumble dryer
- Do not use acetone-based cleaners or harsh chemicals on the design
